Most of us, at some point in life, will experience difficult thoughts, feelings and behaviours, face problems in relationships, or perhaps encounter challenging situations at work or home. Therapy is a way to examine the difficulties that you may be experiencing and to support you in exploring the underlying problems that may be the cause. Talking through your experience with someone who is trained, with the aim of either resolving them or finding a better way of living with them, can help enhance both psychological and physical wellbeing.


I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist based in the Surrey area. I have over ten years experience working in the NHS, with people of all ages and a range of concerns and difficulties. I work with individuals and couples helping them to have a better understanding of what they are struggling with and supporting them to overcome problems such as stress, anxiety, low-mood, depression and relationship difficulties. I am trained to offer therapy tailored to each individual's needs. I also ensure that my clinical practice is based on the latest understandings we have gained from research. Currently, cognitive behavioural therapy is recommended by Department of Health and National Institute for Clinical Excellence as the ‘psychological therapy of choice’ for common mental health problems, including anxiety and depression.
